Projects

The container that gives every conversation a job to do.

A project is a real piece of work — a client engagement, a product launch, an office buildout, a hiring round — and everything about it lives in one place: the chats, the documents, the tasks, the connected tools, the people with access, the deliverables that came out the other end. Instead of a graveyard of unrelated chat threads, you get a workspace organized the way the business is actually organized.

That single boundary is what makes it safe to bring contractors and clients into the same system your internal team uses.

Projects are also the unit of access and the unit of scope. Someone added to one project sees that project and nothing else. A connected Drive folder or Slack channel is attached to the project that needs it and never leaks into another. Reports, skills, forms and apps can each be scoped to a single project or made available across the organization. That single boundary is what makes it safe to bring outside collaborators, contractors and clients into the same system your internal team uses.
